2027 TEAM

Coach Ryan Walsh

Head Coach – Ryan Walsh

Bio - Coach Ryan Walsh brings 20+ yrs of playing and coaching experience to ADVNC. He played defense & LSM at McDonogh School in Baltimore, MD in the MIAA, the most competitive high school lacrosse league in the country. He went on to play in college at the Division 1 MCLA level with the University of Washington in Seattle. While in college and after graduating, he coached in the Mercer Island lacrosse program, one of the top high school programs on the west coast. 

“I attribute much of my professional success to the sports I played growing up, and specifically lacrosse. I take pride in the opportunity to help young men learn the values of teamwork, accountability, and leadership while preparing them to compete at the highest levels on a national scale.”

Coach Kevin Cutinella

Assistant Coach – Kevin Cutinella

Bio -  Coach Kevin Cutinella brings 15+ years of playing and coaching experience to ADVNC. He played division one lacrosse under hall of fame coach Greg Cannella as a middie at UMass. Kevin was a 5 year player where he was on the CAA all conference rookie team during his freshman year. He was also a graduate of the prestigious public high school Shoreham-Wading River on Long Island where players such as Chris Gray, Xaiver Arline, Peter Vlahakis, and Tim Rotanz were produced.

Coach Nathan Walsh

Assistant Coach – Nathan Walsh

Bio – Coach Walsh has over 15 years of experience with the game of lacrosse.  A starting midfielder at McDonogh School in Baltimore, MD, Coach Walsh won an MIAA championship and competed at the highest level of high school lacrosse.  He went on to attend Penn State University and has stayed active in the game.”

Coach Trey Whitty

Bio – Coach Whitty has made a career of coaching lacrosse since graduating from the University of Virginia in 2003, where he captained a national championship team while earning All-American honors.  Twice named US Lacrosse Assistant Coach of the Year at McDonogh School, Coach Whitty then went on to be the Head Coach at St. Paul’s School in Baltimore, MD before moving to Dallas to serve as Head Coach at St. Mark’s School of Texas.  Coach Whitty is also the Director of our ADVNC Dallas region.”

Assistant Coach – Derek Thomson

Assistant Coach – Austin Early

Austin Early brings over a decade of coaching experience to ADVNC Dallas. Currently the varsity offensive coordinator at Frisco, Austin trains players year-round through Early Elevation Lacrosse. He joined the Texas club lacrosse scene in coaching and management positions with 3d Texas and Chaos Lacrosse. Prior to arriving in Texas, Early held coaching roles with FCA Richmond, 3d New England, and Seminole Lacrosse. A 2019 graduate of Gordon College, Early was a four-year starter and captained the Scots his senior year. The Palmyra, VA native is a graduate of The Blue Ridge School and founding member of the Fluvanna County High School lacrosse program, where he was a Brine Lacrosse All-American in 2014.

Head Coach – Matthew Meadows

Bio - Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Coach Meadows attended St. Mark’s School of Texas where he won the 2013 State Championship. He then attended the University of Texas at Austin and was an Academic All-American and team captain playing MCLA Division I lacrosse. For the past four years Coach Meadows has served as the Defensive Coordinator for St. Mark's School of Texas varsity team.

Assistant Coach – Garrett Meegan

Born and raised in Buffalo, NY. A part of the 2015 Nike Uprising representing NYS. Invited to the 2014 Blue Chip All-American camp. Also played for the Champion Select Club Team as a part of the best talents in Western New York.

“Lacrosse has such an unbelievably rich history. Being able to be a part of such an incredible game and share my experiences and knowledge with the next generation is my favorite part. Being able to inspire the next wave of lacrosse players is what I’m most excited for.”

Assistant Coach: Kevin Lambe

Kevin Lambe grew up playing lacrosse in Louisville, KY at Trinity High School before moving on to play NCAA Division I lacrosse at Bellarmine University.  A defensive midfielder and faceoff man for the Knights, Kevin also was a four time selection to the conference honor roll team. During his time in the game, Kevin has spent 5 years as a club coach, working at various age levels.

Jake Glatz

Attended Boys' Latin for high school, and it was during this time that his lacrosse career truly flourished. In addition to playing for BL, Coach Glatz had the privilege of being part of the Baltimore Crabs club team. After high school, he continued his lacrosse journey at Penn State.  Won a Big Ten championship and had a final-four appearance with the number one seed. Coach Glatz has worked with the Baltimore Crabs Lacrosse Club and Inner Circle Training, with a focus on the faceoff position.”

If it were not for lacrosse, I would have not been able to go to such a great college, make lifelong best friends that I call my brothers, or have the network/connections I have now to have a great job.
